Shipping

We will aim to ship every order on the next working day. All orders are shipped 'First Class Signed For' to protect both the customer and ourselves. 

All of our original pieces are lovingly and carefully handmade. This process takes several days in order to ensure a high quality finish. We make our cabochons (glass picture inserts) in batches in advance in order to reduce the waiting time for customers. On occasions where demand is high and we need to make more cabochons, there may be a delay on shipment. If there is a delay on shipment, we will notify you via email and we will refund your shipping fees. We will also give you the option to cancel your order.

Cancellations 

You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours. If you would like to cancel your order please email [email protected] 


Returns and Refunds 

In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of purchase. Once we have received the item, we will return the cost of the item. We cannot refund the cost of postage.

As our jewellery is made from zinc alloy, we cannot guarantee at this time that our products are lead and nickel free.
